Cancellation Policy

By making a reservation with our establishment, the client acknowledges and accepts the following terms of our booking policy: Non-refundable deposit: To confirm the reservation, the client must pay a non-refundable deposit of €25. This deposit guarantees the availability of the reserved services for the specified dates. Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded. Cancellations can be made by contacting us. Date changes: Date changes are subject to availability at our establishment. Any date changes must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled arrival date. No-show: In the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded. Payment of the balance: The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the service. By accepting this booking policy, the client acknowledges the non-refundable nature of the deposit and agrees to abide by the conditions stated above.
